Weekday Gathering (3 hour rental)
How this service works:
Schedule a time to discuss your desired weeknight, wine budget, theme idea, and event goals with me (providing at least 10 days between the call and your event).
I will develop a tasting experience around our conversation with up to 6 wines for you and your guests to enjoy.
The base fee for this service is $250 for the venue, setup and experience. Wine and light nibble costs will be in addition to this fee and will be cleared with you prior to the event to ensure alignment.
We will throw an amazing party for you and 8 - 30 of your closest friends, coworkers and family members.
Guests will be able to order any wines tasted for pickup the following week.
Wine tasting props and evaluation sheets will be available for guests to enjoy.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled with enough notice, there will be no cancellation fees.
If the event is cancelled after wine is ordered (this date ranges based on distributors), guests will be responsible for 50% of the reservation fee and the costs of any wine ordered for the party.
Other FAQ:
Can I bring wine in for a tasting? Not at this time due to our current liquor license. I hope to make this service available in the future.
Can I bring in food from an outside caterer or food establishment? Yes, you are welcome to bring in any food from a licensed establishment for enjoyment on site.
Can I decorate the space for the party? Yes, you are welcome to decorate in any way that won’t cause permanent damage to the facility.
