We’ll dive into the comparisons, differences and help you understand the wines you love and even find reasons to appreciate the ones you don’t!
What to Expect at a Palate Class
Each class is built around a theme—whether it’s a region, grape variety, food pairing, or wine style. We’ll walk through 4 to 6 wines together, exploring what makes each unique and how to articulate what you’re tasting. Light palate cleansers will be available with each class. Expect approachable education, lively conversation, and practical tools that will help you feel more confident the next time you pick up a bottle.
