For the inaugural event of The Palate Society, we’re taking inspiration from our hosts at Nightjar and exploring the delicious overlap between the cocktail glass and the wine glass.

Over the course of the evening, we’ll taste six wines inspired by familiar cocktail personalities — from the bright, bubbly energy of a Spritz to the rich, contemplative character of an Old Fashioned.
