All That Glitters: Six Wines That Sparkle is a guided tasting through six very different expressions of sparkling wine, each revealing another part of the story behind the bubbles.
Along the way, we’ll explore how production method, grape variety, aging and sweetness can completely change what lands in your glass. You’ll taste your way from easygoing party bubbles to more complex dinner-worthy pours, encounter a sparkling surprise or two, and finish with something designed for the sweeter side of the season.
Each chapter will be paired with a small bite chosen to bring the wine’s personality into focus—without giving away all the surprises ahead of time.
